OUTSTANDING Customer Service! We had a flat tire and they were able to fix it and have us back on the road within 30 minutes! We felt like we were not charged enough for the hassle of them driving to us to fix our tire!
Absolutely no signs stating no public parking, and the only available parking lot near my councilor. My first time going here, instead of a note or a conversation im met with a locked building and three cars parked behind mine. Blocking me in. If you want people to not park here you need to have signs. Be an adult and have a conversation or leave a note. What's worse is they were in fact in the building. When they saw i called the cops they tried to leave and got an attitude with the cop telling him "its not her parking lot to park in" What a child. If you dont want people parking there, the logical thing to do is not to keep that car parked there for as long as your fragile little man ego tells you to. Your business must be terrible cutting costs like that. Anyone with a car here should absolutely take it somewhere else before he uses it to block someone else with more of a temper in. Instead of working on your cars, he is watching to make sure people don't park here and locking his door to watch from inside. Im sure your car would have been done weeks ago with someone else.
While traveling through North Platte my car developed a fuel leak. Called Lowman’s and Eric said to bring it in. He immediately investigated the problem, provided his advice, and got us back on the road quickly. I very much appreciated the quick, professional, and friendly service provided by Eric and another gentleman who I didn’t catch his name. I highly recommend Lowman’s.
took my car in October here to get all four of the actuators replaced, had to take it there 3 different times and charged each time to replace them and found out the power steering pump the charged me for and claimed was new was actually a few years old. They looked at my engine too to overlook any issues for them to then charge me for no work being done when it was only a fuse needed. Don’t take your car here they will take your money and keep taking your money for little to no return.
Replacement of a leaking brake line was no trouble for this excellent garage. Our F-350 was taken care of the morning that I called. Cudos for a job well done at a surprisingly low cost. Thank you!
