Lowcountry discount appliances. They take forever to deliver an appliance. They delivered an appliance 3 weeks after they said they would. Then after paying the fee for removing the refrigerator they left it in the hallway. There delivery guys left damages in the hallway. I called them about completing the service that was paid for but they didnt give me a resolution. I asked them to pay the money back or complete the service and I never got a response. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I purchased a washer and dryer on Friday of last week was told it would be delivered today Monday between 2:00pm- 4:00 pm then I called and they said between 5 pm and 6 pm it’s 6:40 pm no call no show I will cancel in the morning. After waiting all day they came the 2 delivery Men had a hard day but they were super nice and knowledgeable thank you guys

We had a problem with our refrigerator; the ice maker is not working, high temperature on the freezer side and also the chiller is not cooling at all. We called the Low Country Discount Appliances and they immediately scheduled us for refrigerator condition assessment on the following day. Jay came to our house the following day and he thoroughly checked all the parts of the refrigerator if properly working including inspection of the temperature inside the freezer. He confirmed that all essential parts are working properly and that he advised us to totally defrost the refrigerator for a possible reason of the refrigerator was not working pro...We had a problem with our refrigerator; the ice maker is not working, high temperature on the freezer side and also the chiller is not cooling at all. We called the Low Country Discount Appliances and they immediately scheduled us for refrigerator condition assessment on the following day. Jay came to our house the following day and he thoroughly checked all the parts of the refrigerator if properly working including inspection of the temperature inside the freezer. He confirmed that all essential parts are working properly and that he advised us to totally defrost the refrigerator for a possible reason of the refrigerator was not working properly due to frozen line at the back since all important parts are working. We followed his advise and very happy to say our refrigerator is now in normal working condition. We highly recommend the Low Country Discount Appliances if you have any trouble with appliances.

Today, 1/30/26 I had a Refrigerator delivered by Kristian and one of his employees. They did an awesome job and even got it delivered a day early because of possible bad weather on tomorrow, the actual scheduled day for delivery.
