I went to get a new battery for my 2015 MacBook Pro 15 based on it dying after 2 hrs of normal, non-gaming, use and a message from the computer that it's battery needed service. The tech at Lou's said I would have to leave for 2-3 days so they could run diagnostics (which would take a day of that time!), and then would give me a quote. The tech did not comprehend that it would be a problem for me to leave the computer for 2-3 days, said he did most of his internet activity on his phone, obviously not spreadsheets and such. If you are a business in the area and need tech service that is top notch and affordable you need to check out Lou's. Dan is awesome and extremely responsive. He works out the best affordable solution to keep you up and running when you need it most. As a retail business our computers are now our life line to making sales, Dan keeps us going!

Worst business I ever experienced in my life, they charge way to much for diagnostics and could have honestly just told me I needed a new computer instead of just taking my money. They put a new hard drive in my old laptop and now it won't even start at all. I wonder how many old rich people they have been ripping off? It's disgusting that this kind of place even exists, seriously, they should be ashamed of themselves. I don't know how these guys can sleep at night. They don't even deserve the one star review imo. Never again in a million years will I ever go back to Lou's rip off computers.

I have referred dozens of people and businesses to Lou over the years and without fail, everyone is happy! Lou and his minions know all aspects of their business from networking, repair, programming to sales. I find them always willing to answer questions. They sell their equipment at a fair price. I've purchased both new and refurbished equipment over the years. I go to them for most all my computer needs because they will tell you were ELSE to buy specific products if it best serves the client! Superb integrity.
