Lorenzo and his team have completed multiple projects in my home over the last 5 years. Bathroom remodel and conversion, roofing maintenance, bedroom remodel, and other necessary preventative maintenance. He has delivered and communicated all issues during the process. He has been the most reliable contractor in El Paso and I will continue to trust him for any future home projects.
We hired Lorenzo's Contractors to fix our home after a water-main rupture flooded our home and ruined most of our floors. It was the best experience we've had with any contractor in El Paso, and we've lived here for 30+ Years. This is the second time I called Lorenzo’s Company to do work on my home because he is dependable, responsible and goes that extra mile on all the work that is performed by his company. My house has a flat roof and he is the only one that has fixed the roof that is 100 percent efficient. He gives good warranties and guarantees the job done right the first time. Mr. Lorenzo and his team helped us immensely with two roof repairs and other side projects. Mr. Lorenzo is very considerate in his pricing, very attentive and very detailed in his work. We had a pretty bad wall issue that needed to be fixed urgently before it got worse, and Lorenzo and his team did such an amazing job! They had to break off a lot of the exterior and interior of the walls in question in order to fix it, and the walls look even better than they were before! They were even able to color match the paint and made sure everything was good at each step before moving on. I had contacted Lorenzo after attempting to contact 2 other places at the same time that were also highly rated. One company did not give me the time of day, and the other company didn’t answer their phone or call back despite me leaving a voicemai... One company did not give me the time of day, and the other company didn’t answer their phone or call back despite me leaving a voicemail. I contacted Lorenzo immediately after and he answered, he even called me back when the call dropped before I could explain the issues with the walls. He came the next day to inspect the problem areas and listened to my explanations and concerns. He walked me through he diagnosis of the problems, what he would need to do to repair it, and then broke down the cost and what I would pay for. He even waited an extra 20 minutes after we were done so my husband could come home and explain the cost breakdown and the work that would be done. He gave us a really fair price and we said yes on the spot. Work was done the following Monday since the estimate was done right before Thanksgiving, and we finished not even 3 days later! My husband and I are so happy with how the walls look and are glad to have that concern off of our minds. We had a great experience with the service, everyone was friendly, they would clean even though I wouldn’t ask them or expect them to, and they kept me informed every step of the way. We will definitely be using Lorenzo’s services again in the future for any other repairs or projects for sure! It was a wonderful experience and gave us peace of mind.
