I've been going to Loose Spokes for about a year. I've had them do repair and maintenance of my 3 bikes ranging from simple issues to more complex ones. When urgency was needed, they responded quickly and got me back riding. When not urgent, they communicated a date and then met that commitment. I really appreciate their enthusiasm and support. A great team!
I commute everyday to work by bike. I put heavy use on all of my bikes. And I dont have the time to keep them clean and in shape. Loose spokes is the best. They take care of exactly what you need. Fair prices. Great advice and recommendations. And the best team working there. I could dream up a better shop!!

This family has a stellar bicycle shop. Kind and sweet. Their skills and knowledge are amazing for a novice like me. I have had my ev since last year, and still couldn't figure how it worked. I have yet to ride it. I am ecstatic that it's going to get tightened up. I'm ready to ride against the wind.
