Loonstyn was great. We had an ice dam leak over the winter and finally got around to calling them this spring. They setup an appointment for the next day and John came out right on time and took drone footage of our entire roof and showed me everything. He confirmed what our home inspector said that the roof was in generally good shape, minus some of the flashing needed service. I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything and he was very trustworthy. He suggested a very fairly priced servicing appointment to fix all of the flashing and a downspout box leak spot. The crew came out first thing the next day and quickly completed the job perfectly. They accidentally forgot one spot, I texted John, and rather than waiting for his crew to get back to my house, he came and finished the job himself. Top notch, trustworthy service at a fair price! Will definitely be using Loonstyn Roofing in the future.

Exceptional experience from start to finish. Came out when I was in need of work on my roof rather quickly. Identified the issue and recommended solution. Within 3 days my roof was replaced (and that was because they were working around weather or it would have been quicker). Would absolutely recommend for anyone in need of work on their roof.

I first discovered this company in 2023 when they did my entire roof, and they just serviced it again in February. I’m under contract/ warranty for roofing services every three years, and they handle all necessary repairs. Not only is their quality of work outstanding and prices incredibly affordable, but they are also incredibly nice, flexible, and accommodating. I highly recommend them!

We are satisfied with the work done but believe it premature to give a rating so soon after the work was performed and before we see how it stands up under weather.
