We had issues with timing. On October 15th the salesman said three weeks and definitely by thanksgiving. The actual was December 15th. This was a company communication issue that needs to be addressed. Once the installers got here they were professional, friendly and almost installed the fence in a day. End result is great.

The Long Fence crew out of Chantilly, VA did a fantastic job totally replacing my 30+ year old decks. Demolition to clean-up took only 6 days. Build quality is excellent, meets or exceeds code requirements, and they handled all the paperwork. Team was efficient, organized, and professional. Cost was reasonable - they weren't the cheapest quote, but also not the most expensive. I'm so pleased with the results that I'm leaving their logos on the decks so my neighbors know who did the work! Overall a great contracting experience.
I did not have to shop around on this fence job at our townhouse in Herndon. Go to the right place (Long Fence) and get the job done right. Right price, right materials, right workmanship and right schedule. Great clean up like it never even happened and the new fence is very attractive. Sales guy was excellent, offering several options and installation crew was great. We couldn't be more pleased. And No! I don't work for them and they are not related. Just been around a while and know a great contracting company when I see one.
Long Fence sales representative was so kind and helped me figure out the type and size of fence. The company worked with me on figuring out pricing and a payment plan! Their prices are competitive - I did my homework getting other quotes. And finally the contractors that came were very professional, kind, and finished in half a day!!
