My washer wasn’t pumping water out, and Chris was our service technician. He clearly explained the issue, replaced the pump, and got everything working perfectly again. Chris provided EXCELLENT service — professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Thank you so much!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY..The technician was great. Very professional. For my washer all Ii needed was a hose re-attached and I was over charged. Charged me $226. They said they gave me a discount but that is price gouging and will not be referring any family or friends.
I had a perfect experience with Lonestar Appliance. They were extremely professional, easy to book with, on time, and Manny was nothing but a professional. He was helpful, walked me through the issues we were having, and extremely timely with his repair!! Highly recommend!
Absolute garbage. Called and scheduled on a Friday for Tuesday service call. Tuesday rolls around and I confirm the 10AM-2PM window, dispatch confirms I am good to go and address is correct. Magically at 230PM I call asking where the technician is at and dispatch tells me "he couldn't find your address so he didn't come by, can we reschedule?" Absolute joke. If you can't work a GPS after confirming the correct address 3 times, how can you possibly fix a fridge? DO NOT USE, WASTE OF TIME!!!!
I reached out to this company they were very timely to get out to me for a quote quick to take a deposit for the cook top that they had to order. Time passes the cook top comes in broken I was offered a refund on my deposit and told to go look for one. I agreed I asked for my deposit to be refunded found a stove top same day and ended up installing my self when they took forever to order. This is not where this ends I was told my deposit would hit the account 7-10 business days it was the holidays around thanksgiving. I gave the benefit of the doubt and still no deposit back after no help or calls on updates I knew they were done with me... I hope this helps some one just be carful I know you can call them for the convivence but really you save money by finding the part your self and getting a handyman it was not hard in this case very disappointed in a company with I thought a good reputation.
