Tried to get estimate for garage door replacement, got price over the phone when I called first time.
After working on some specifications called back and requested estimate, 2 days later followed up again, yes we will send you.
3 days later same store and finally 2 weeks later I got estimate. It was like pulling teeth. Very unwelcome customer service and not a people who want to help you.
I am very glad I found someone else who truly care about their reputation and happy to take new clients.
Nowadays you have to simply learn how to talk to people to get a client.

Personal, I hate writing reviews… if it’s bad, well I’ve already wasted enough time. However when something outstanding happens I want to share it.
My wife and I bought this place in 2020 the beginning of the pandemic. Living in apartments, most of my life, owning a house of the first time is both a thrill and a bit overwhelming. One of the many things that malfunctioned early on was the automatic garage door opener. Originally I had contacted Lombardy Door and they couldn’t get me right away. I went to another local company to fix/adjust the opener. What a mistake!!!!! I went to another local company to fix/adjust the opener. What a mistake!!!!! These people charged me a lot of money and It worked for about a month before it broke down again.
I called Lombardi again and they sent over a team a very professional technicians, adjusted the door and told me that while Side Units are much better than Overhead Units, the unit I had was very old and parts are no longer available. The motherboard on this unit was shot.
They made adjustments, showed me some things and the door functioned for almost a year. Last week I called them to come back and replace the old unit with a new one. Kyle (the technician) who was on the original team return and he replaced it in 1-1/2 hours.
Mike & Jeff Lombardi (owners) are totally people you can depend on to be straight with you. Lombardi is a great company. Kyle knows how to deal with people, he’s very personable, and he is great chasing music!!! Not loud, but really great and tasty
I can’t recommend Lombardy Door and Kyle enough!!
