We worked with Logan over the course of a few months. He built a shed for us, installed metal roofing, and then finished off the inside details. The BEST she shed ever! They are timely, consistent, problem solve, and work hard. We are so happy with our new 2nd story deck! After getting a number of very high bids from groups we found online, I heard about Logan through a few neighbors who had worked with him and had very good things to say. He got us a bid quickly and it was very competitive, work started shortly thereafter. He and Sarah were super easy to collaborate with and built exactly what we were looking for at a great price. They started right when they said they would and even finished a couple of days earlier than expected. Highly, highly recommend Logan Build's for your next project!

I wouldn’t recommended anyone else if you’re looking for a beautiful new pergola for your home. Logan met us in person, instead of an obnoxious sales person coming to the house. He helped us create the vision that we had in mind and perfected it to every detail that we wanted. His crew was personable, friendly, and professional. Everything was done on the discussed time table and Logan himself made sure to keep in contact every step of the way. No surprises!! I wish they did bathrooms too because I would use them for everything!!!!

Cannot recommend Logan’s Builds enough! Logan rebuilt our deck for us a few years ago. He built us a beautiful Trex deck where we now love spending our time. Logan is professional and friendly, and his services are very fairly priced. He came back 2 years after installation to replace some screws that had broken. While he was here, we discovered a hidden sprinkler head under the deck, and he helped us cap that as well. He went above and beyond and it feels very genuine!

Logan built us an amazing new wrap-around deck! He had the best bid package when we were getting estimates and began building right when he said they would, which was only a few weeks after we decided to go with him. Logan and his crew were very professional and very friendly which is huge to me when you have a crew working near your family all day. I'd consider our deck a pretty technical project considering our uneven property and tight spaces.
