Shane was very easy to work with. He responded quickly after I left him a message. He was able to fit me in promptly. He texted when he was on his way. He went right to work to solve my problem and gave some valuable advice regarding certain apps and programs that were preferable or not. He communicates well and doesn't use tech jargon. His price was fair. He made it easy and pleasant! I will definitely call him when I need help again.
Shane was great, helped clean up my older desktop so that it would perform a little faster. Very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
