Even though my roof was only 3 years old, it had to be replaced. The previous owner obviously replaced the shingles a year before I purchased the home, but did not address the ventilation issues (home inspector did not point this out, either). I wish I found them sooner to have saved me the time I spent getting quotes. Nick was fantastic to work with. Lockhart Roofing is hands down the best! I had a new roof placed in April. It's absolutely beautiful and they warranty their work. Terry, the owner, came over personally to check on a few things for me. I have a few determined squirrels that want to get in the house. Lol He didn't just check the roof, but he checked my siding and vents also! He found that my dryer vent was stuck, and prevented a potential house fire! He is truly a good guy, and stands behind his work. I 100% recommend Lockhart Roofing for a quality roof along with wonderful, old school, customer service!!! 😊

Lockhart Roofing did my roof installation and attic venting. They were very professional and efficient. Cleaned up all debris. I really couldn’t ask for anything more. Great Job!!

Gary Paquette met us on a unrelated roof inspection over a year ago ,he made such a good impression we kept his card for a time we may need roofing services, the time came, we called and he quickly responded with a solution we all agreed on and expedited repair quickly, it looks like a seamless match.
