I just wanted my pictures from my 2 phones transferred to a storage device and was spoken to like he was confused and I should be able to do it myself at home, instead of inconveniencing the staff to do it. There were apparently too many steps involved and not worth his time. Which is a little strange because I thought it was a computer and cell phone shop and would have gladly paid for his time and efforts. Not to mention I don't have a computer or internet at home. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I called my sister to vent and she invited me over. Her husband transferred my photos in 7 1/2 minutes from one device and 3 hours... This was the second time Luke saved me! He’s very knowledgeable and I feel safe bringing any issues I have to him. The first computer was old and he was able to grab my data and load it into my external drive. This second computer, the SSD was a complete loss but he was able to install a new SSD and was able to save the computer 👏 Thank you Luke!

Excellent Service. My iPhone screen was cracked. Luke had it repaired & back to me in less than 2 hours. Definitely recommend & I will be a returning customer.
