Well, based on the reviews, everyone seems pretty happy. I have mixed feelings. We were charged $350 for an inspection, which included a free chimney cleaning. Since we just bought our house, I went with it, since we did not know the condition of the fireplace. The inspection showed that everything is clean and in working order with no cleaning needed. He was here for maybe 30 minutes. I called to find out if we could use the free chimney cleaning in the future, and was told no, that it is only paired with an inspection. I guess I will be researching other places for next year. We are new to the area and should have shopped around more.

The technicians that came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a thorough inspection of my chimney / flue and gave me a very thorough estimate on the repairs that need to be made. I am happy with the service they provided and of video showing the inside of the actual condition of my chimney.

So I am editing my rating. I had my gas fireplace inspected for a good sum of money. After the inspector left my pilot light would not stay on any longer. I was told that I needed to call a person that deals in gas. He came over and cleaned it out again and it stayed on for a little bit but it just goes out. I'm just disappointed because when they came I had a functioning fireplace and my remote worked. After they left I don't have a functioning fireplace any longer.
