Very positive experience . Having lived in Winchester, Va for over 23 years , I must say, we’ve had many horrific experiences with the local “workmanship”. Unreliable, unskilled and a general refusal to back up their poor quality work. This was NOT the case with Living Wells chimney. Professional, quality work and a crew that worked very well together. The technicians were very careful in our home and did all they could to protect our home and furnishings, as well as explain all aspects of the repair. Great company! Very professional and knowledgeable about chimney interiors and exteriors, and gas furnace exhaust duct work. We had both furnace exhaust replaced and chimney recapped & repointed. A crew of four arrived early, and worked hard and fast all day, for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Living Wells! (next up, roof work)
