Austin Installed my whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater in my house. Did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Little city Plumbing again for my next project.

Came out for $65 and gave me a quote to do simple work, change toilet shutoff valve and install new flush system in back that was way too high. I said I would pass. Later I did receive a phone call from Brice with Little City who credited back the $65 and apologized for the confusion. Seems they may have made an error in my pricing.

Little City Plumbing did a great job. Austin, the owner, is personable and knows his stuff. Fantastic customer service, high quality work and I would highly recommend!!!

Austin came over to my house and said I needed to get a new valve for my sink. He gave me a price and walked to his truck to get the valve. He didn’t have it so he’d need to go to Lowe’s and pick one up. Austin mentioned he had a busy day and I decided that maybe Wednesday morning would be best so he doesn’t have to rush. Austin offered Wednesday morning and I agreed. Well come Wednesday morning no call and no show to my house and my sink is still leaking. Absolutely terrible customer service and never make an appointment with someone and no call no show them. Bad business!!!

Little City Plumbing recently repaired a toilet tank at our Wilmington property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. They were prompt, professional, and their pricing was very competitive. While on-site, Austin even took the time to show me a handy trick for fixing a jammed garbage disposal — a small gesture that went a long way. Plus, their annual service plan is reasonably priced and packed with value. Highly recommend!
