Worst experience I've ever had!!!! Horrible experience still ongoing. Its been three months still no car. Told its ready pick it up and not fixed! Had me take it to their partner shop to get fixed only to find out the it was there mistake! So it had to go back to fix there mess up. That was 3 weeks ago! Been given several dates only to not have phone calls returned. They need to hire people who know what there doing! Bradley needs to return phone calls and give correct dates! Looking into a lawyer at this point! On a lighter note Fransisco at lithia toyota service is awesome and will try to speed up the process! Never again! This is the place where I decided to take my 2020 f250 after a deer got me they replaced the front passenger fender, door, and rear bedside.
It looks great guys thanks for pushing me to get it in and taken care of. Deer got me in October this is my work truck so I'm so glad it's looking so much better 👍👍👍👍

Such a great shop! Everybody I dealt with was so professional yet kind and informative!! I have a jeep with aftermarket parts and a tricky paint color. They were able to match the paint perfectly and get it back to me better than new within 3 weeks!! Brad was extremely thorough and dealt with my anxiety! Kylie(not sure the spelling) at the front desk was so friendly and kept me up to date the whole way through! I really can't say enough good things I'm just so happy with the experience!! Second time using this shop and they have never let me down! Thank you again guys!!!
