Lionville Jewelers

Last Tuesday my granddaughter and I needed a few things taken to the jewelers for adjustment and repair. We googled jewelers near our location and found Lionville Jewelers. We called to find out if they were open before driving over. We walked in and were warmly welcomed by the staff, which was Joseph's daughter and son. We proceeded to the back to Joseph to show him what we needed done, which included adjusting the band on my granddaughter's watch she had gotten for Christmas, take a link out of my watchband and shorten the chain on a necklace my husband and I bought her for her birthday and lastly place my 3 necklaces which became tang... Fantastic customer service. I went in for a watch band resize and the jeweler had it resized in less than 2 minutes. He also made sure I was happy with the fit. Store also had a lot of inventory and some eye catching pieces. Definitely will be back for future needs.

Amazing customer service, craftsmanship and turn around times! After searching for a good jeweler who does repairs and service in house, I found Lionville jewelers. Joe was absolutely wonderful and professional. I brought my wedding set in for repair. A diamond was missing from my band, and the rest of the prongs were loose on both the wedding band and engagement ring. My rings haven’t been serviced in years so they were scratched up, dirty and screaming for help. Joe was able to quickly repair it and my rings looked brand new within 24 hours of dropping them off. Had a wonderful experience at the store. The jeweler was very helpful in getting two watch bands sized and replaced for our son. I will definitely be coming back to this store for any jewelery repair and ideas for future gifts. Thank you for your time and quick work with the watch bands.
