Lion Garage Door Repair & Installation

Zack did a great job. He called to say he was coming and got there around when he said he would. We quickly determined the old unit was toast and then l decided the model garage door opener I wanted, he got me the price including installation, and he got on with installing it right away. The install went well, he was quick and efficient and he knows his stuff. In less than 24 hrs from my afternoon call to Lion they completed the job. Very happy and when my other opener dies I will call them to do the same again. A five star effort. L. Payne

I called Lion to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Once Chris, the technician, arrived he was obviously very customer service oriented in explaining the repair process to me. He examined the door to determine all needed repairs and provided me with a written estimate. After my approval he went to work and replaced both springs, replaced a missing bolt and tightened others, and also lubricated all moving parts. Chris was very efficient and would not leave until I tested the door and was satisfied. Chris was excellent and deserves a 5 star rating for his work and customer service skills. Called this morning to inquired about getting a spring replaced on my garage door. A technician was here at my home within a few hours. He looked at the job and gave me the exact cost of the job, which was reasonable. Repaired on-site the same day I called! Absolutely hands down the best service all around. Anthony was fast, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend

Chris the technician was excellent!! Highly recommended if you have a choice on which tech can come to you. But I can't say the same for their GM. Cares more about making money vs customer satisfaction. Did not want to be accountable for mistake of previous tech who did a job on my garage. I took 1 star away because of that.
