Link Computing had great word of mouth reputation amongst some of the people that I know. So for the first time, I made a computer purchase from them to replace my outdated one. Glad I did. Tech specialist Kavon helped pick the right kind of device based on my budget and needs, and set up the device at my home for only a nominal additional fee. Option to purchase additional tech service is also available. Kavon did an excellent job for me. I appreciate his knowledge, willingness to help and patience. I highly recommend locally owned Link Computing, and recommend tech specialist Kavon in particular.

Kavon brought my computer to the house and set it all up for me which I could never have done. I have had quite a few questions since because I am very lost when it comes to the computer. He is very helpful and takes care of any problems I might have. Kavon is a very pleasant and friendly person. He always make me feel like I'm not bothering him when I do call. I would recommend Link Computing Solutions because of their helpful reps...especially Kavon and Nick.

Problem with my email. Talked with Adam & he was very informative on what was going on. I needed a printer that would work with my computer & Adam recommended one that would for me. Kavon at Link walked me thru the installation & when I got stuck, Kavon went over & above my expectations to get the printer up & running. I would recommend Link's Technicians Adam & Kavon. These guys are magicians! As someone who depends on their computers for work, I have run into issues three or four times now in the last few years where I had critical issues that I couldn't work out what was wrong all the way to a screen that failed. Somehow I drop it off and within a few hours to a day they messaged me back saying they fixed the bios or drained a capacitor and everything is brand new. Easily the best choice I've ever made was trusting Link computing with my PCs. You should too.

I recently purchased new laptop and worked with Kavon. Super nice guy, professional, pleasant, and tolerant with me and all my questions. He also was kind enough to come to my home as I have a hip problem making it difficult to go places....VERY grateful for that! He made it clear that he was available to me whenever needed.....also very appreciated, and something not as accessible with last IT person. My dog even liked him!!
