Customer service is top-notch! Yesterday, I was pulling my fifth wheel camper when my 2016 Ford F150 went into limp mode. I called a local dealer, but they couldn’t look at it until Monday. We were planning a four-hour trip to Yankton, SD for a mini getaway with the family—which seemed out of the question at that point.
I called Lincoln Repair while trying to get the camper back home to disconnect it, and they said they could take a look as soon as possible. This was already 12:30 PM. I dropped it off, and they examined it and explained the issue. They were honest about the price and never pressured me. Honestly, the price was lower than any...Customer service is top-notch! The whole team at Lincoln Repair was very helpful! Their honesty and reliability is top notch! They got my vehicle in the same day as I called and had brake rotors and brake pads replaced same day, as well as tires rotated and balanced. The free diagnostic test is also a bonus and they didn't stop until they found and fixed what was causing the issue. Very friendly, prompt service! Would highly recommend!
