We recently purchased two chairs, a couch and loveseat. They came with shipping damage. Orlando came to our home, assessed the damage and did an amazing job repairing them. We were skeptical about anyone being able to make them look like new. He made a believer out of us. Orlando is professional and his expertise in furniture repair was very apparent. We will be using his services again.
Like New Furniture did a GREAT job repairing our rocker recliner! Orlando went above and beyond to do it right, and we couldn't be happier. His repairs have brought new life to this chair, and that means a lot to us, as this particular piece of furniture holds a lot of sentimental value to our family. I will say have a little patience regarding communicating with them, as there are not many people who can do good repairs so they are quite busy. I read some of the other reviews about slow communication. Yes, that might happen from time to time, but I felt it was worth it. Our chair was repaired within the time frame given and it was done... Like New Furniture did a GREAT job repairing our rocker recliner! Orlando went above and beyond to do it right, and we couldn't be happier. I recently met Orlando after buying two new recliners. One of which had two small tears and the company I purchased them from called him to make those repairs. He called me and scheduled a time/date. He did a fantastic job fixing the recliner. *I was also able to get on his schedule to repair/refurbish two older recliners (one was my mom’s) that we just didn’t want to part with. The work Orlando did was such good quality, and he has very reasonable prices. Those recliners look and sit like new again! Orlando is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to diagnose the issues with my couches, and instead of removing and fixing at his shop, he fix them on site. This was very convenient for me and I recommend using Orlando for all your furniture needs!!!
