I had a great experience getting my screen repaired here. The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress‑free. Aaron took care of everything I needed, explained things clearly, and was incredibly understanding of my situation. It’s rare to find customer service this patient and helpful. Highly recommend!
I don't leave reviews, but the workers here were lovely. I can't recommend this place enough. I won't go into the full story, but the gentlemen I dealt with that work here were very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It wasn't just one of the workers, but all of the folks I dealt with. I needed my phone fixed twice within ten days, and they even stayed an hour after closing to help me with my data transfer, and then they didn't charge me for that second fix. If you have to spend money to get a device repaired, this is unequivocally where you should go.

After spilling significant amounts of liquid on my Macbook Air on two separate occasions (whoops), the team at Lightning Repairs had my laptop up and running the very next day both times I brought it in - super helpful for a busy college student like myself! I'm beyond impressed at the quality of their liquid assessment/clean up service in that my laptop is still functioning today despite those (very substantial) spills! I really appreciated how the individual working on my device called me after the assessment was done (within hours...
