Needed to replace, paint, modify and add to an existing fence. In addition needed to re-stain a large wooden fence. Benny came to our aid with a strong proposal and Jermey did the professional work. We were very pleased with both team members. Thank you
We have been extremely satisfied with the customer care and quality provided by Lifetime Fencing. Travis has been very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of restaining and maintaining the life of our fence. Highly recommend!
I used lifetime fence to extend my fence in my new build when i first moved in. They did amazing. My fence is beautiful. The also recently restained my fence and it looks brand new again. Will be using them for all of my fence work in the future.
They did a great job!!! The fence looks really good and adds a nice curb appeal to my home. I’m very pleased with their work.
We will not do business with this company again. Our salesperson, Julian, came out and took notes on how we wanted the gate. However, the installation was left incomplete by the technician who performed the work. We contacted the company multiple times and were told the issues would be addressed under warranty, but after six months, the work has still not been completed. There were also missed appointments and a lack of follow-up communication despite repeated outreach to the owner and office manager. At this point, we no longer want them to return. We paid in full and expected the project to be completed properly and supported under the warranty provided. The gate track appears to have been installed incorrectly and is already causing issues within the first year. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
Due to the ongoing issues, my son and I ended up digging around the track ourselves to address what appeared to be improperly completed work. We also had two separate companies come out to evaluate the situation. Both advised that the track should have been installed on a concrete base and properly leveled, which was not the case with our installation. We were told the repair would require starting over, resulting in significant additional cost. Instead of paying for a full replacement, we are now attempting to fix the issue ourselves.
BUYER BEWARE! I got my fence from them 3 years ago. From the start, the stain was uneven and wore unevenly. A picket on my gate broke. At 3 years, I reached out to get my broken picket fixed under warranty, fence re-stained, and to extend my side yard fence a bit to create more back yard. I paid $3555.66 down for half the job up front. On install day, the installers came with the WRONG WOOD. They were hired to extend the fence they made, so that mistake was shocking. I sent them away. I canceled the job. Thereafter, they refused to answer my calls or give me a refund. I was left to contest the charge through my credit card. Lifetime was given... BUYER BEWARE! I canceled the job. Thereafter, they refused to answer my calls or give me a refund. I was left to contest the charge through my credit card. Lifetime was given a chance to explain what happened, but they chose to LIE and told the credit card that they had completed the job and were entitled to the payment. See attached. I had to spend 3 hours putting all my evidence together with ring footage showing they left without doing the job, pictures of my fence without stain nor extension, my email to them claiming breach of contract and demanding my refund, and call logs trying to reach them to defend against them lying to try to keep my money. I was just notified that my credit card credited me the difference. Lifetime never did even try to deliver on the fence staining. I had been asking for months for my warranty to be honored for a broken picket to be fixed on my gate. On the date of install, Benny told me if I wanted my broken picket fixed under warranty then I should buy the installers lunch. What good is a warranty if they won't fix it? During this whole nightmare, I could not tell if it was incompetence, dishonesty, or straight up misogyny. Probably all 3.
