Lifetime Fence Company

Our new gates look amazing and are more sturdy than the ones built with our home! We are so happy with them and the team was so great while they were here. Polite, cleaned up after themselves and included me throughout the day with the progress. Highly recommend lifetime and have already passed on their number to some neighbors.

This is the 2nd time I've used Lifetime and they've done a great job each time. The guys did break the main sprinkler line let me know immediately and took care of it. Couldn't ask for better service from the quote to the follow up!

I had a very good experience with Lifetime Fence. The only glitch was that it took a long time to schedule. However, when they came on site, they went above and beyond to fix our leaning fence and added more posts than originally planned. Hats off!

Well I would have given higher rating but the communication with the project manager was horrible this go around. The finished product is great. What keeps me from going lower is Jeremy. He was great to work with and I will say Heather was great to deal with as well. I will do future business with this company but will request for a different project manager. The last project was we had done at another house was great from beginning to end but this go around something different with the project manager. So thank you Jeremy for listening and caring. Heather, thank you for helping me out with questions I had throughout the project.

called for a quote, which they were able to do over the phone - the receptionist was very friendly and professional. three days later I received the quote, about ten dollars less than double the price of three other quotes... absolutely mind-blowing, not even in the same ball park price wise... great initial communication, terrible price quote... shop around folks, plenty of other licenses, reputable, and more affordable options.

I had a driveway gate installed by this company 10-12 years ago. About 4-5 years after installation I requesting a service from them. After over a month of them not contacting me back, and me contacting them multiple times, I filed a compliant with the BBB and finally got a response from Life time Fence. After they responded they asked me to change my complaint with the BBB, or say it was resolved, prior to fixing my issue. Now I have a gate hinge pin that sheared in half and I called 1 week ago, spoke with someone, and have not heard back since then. It sounds like many people like this company but my experience with them has been poor. I am not satisfied with the products that they sale, the quality of work, and most of all their customer service. I will never use this company again and would advise caution.
