I contacted Liberty Glass to replace the glass pane on my sliding glass door, I've used them many years ago, am so glad they are still around. Nichole explained everything, set up a time for a tech to come to my home. Alex came and measured, then a few days later he returned with the product for install. Quite professional, cleaned up everything. I was very happy with Liberty Glass, highly recommend! Timing of getting everything done, working with the staff, and the price was very reasonable, far better than two other quotes I received.

We had a wonderful experience with Liberty Glass, Blinds & Shades. When we moved into our new home, we quickly realized the windows didn't have screens - and they came to the rescue. Their team came out promptly to measure everything, provided us with a very fair and competitive quote, and scheduled installation quickly. The installation process was smooth, efficient, and professionally done. We truly appreciated how easy they made the entire process. Our home feels complete now, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Highly recommend!

I called for a broken window. Other places said they'd need to come out and look at it and were kinda vague, but Nichole was on the phone with me actively troubleshooting, and she helped me get the pane out over the phone so I could bring it in to save some money. The cost was about 4 times less than other places, and Liberty was able to replace it within a couple hours. Nichole was so friendly and their space was very nice, clean, and welcoming. 100% great first experience all around and I'm definitely going back if/when I need other services done!

I had Liberty install cellular blinds throughout my house. They sent a representative to my house to take measurements, and to provide a selection guide. While there are limits to what can be viewed in the guide, they provided clear direction -- visit their showroom asking for a particular representative and the days and times that person could assist -- if I wanted something that I could not find in the guide. As we were trying to sell our home, we were hit with news that 3 windows needed to be replaced with a week until close. Nichole was absolutely phenomenal in squeezing us in, working with us and getting new glass installed next day. We encountered several hiccups with vendors, and Liberty Glass was by far our best experience. Nichole knew our situation with moving out of state and even sent photos post job for my peace of mind. She went above and beyond! Will recommend them, always!
