Nicholas was absolutely excellent. I called for servicing my combo washer/dryer and he was able to come very quickly and fixed the issue on spot. He walked me through what was wrong and guaranteed the new drain pump would last a minimum of a year. Gave me $30 off for being a new customer. He seemed very trustworthy and I would use him again. I got a quote from another company that said $400 and and another $500 but Nicholas did it for $310 so compared to the 2 I called the pricing was good and fair.
