Iʻve had my car serviced at Lex Brodies for over 40 years and every branch is great. However, the AIEA branch is superior because of consistent great service from Chris and the entire team. She is super patient, warm and professional and takes the time to explain all of the available discounts i.e. AAA, Costco, and Senior. After a harrowing experience with a flat tire, she brought me "right in" when I explained I had a plane to catch. I have more stories.... and all point towards Chris and team having the Aloha Spirit in every way. I think of the AIEA Lex Brodie as "the model" of excellence among all of their shops.

On a recent visit to family on the Island I noticed the inspection on my son's truck has been expired for 3 months. He's been all over the world for God and Country for 3 months and couldn't get it done. Never fear, Jasmine from Lex Brodie in Aiea to the rescue! She worked me in within an hour. Is that great service or what!? They also have Wi-Fi stations, coffee, and restrooms for those who need to wait. And a cool phone charging station too. Outstanding professional and courteous service. Recently went in for new tires, inspection, and oil change. It was a great experience. I can’t begin to describe how great the customer service was. Jasmine was absolutely amazing. Booking, updates, making sure I got what I needed, and closing out was the best experience I’ve ever had tbh. I will be definitely be going to Lex Brodies from now on.

Aloha! Shout out to Lex Brodie’s for taking me as a walk-in. I was unsure whether to get OEM TPMS for my aftermarket tires, but I’m sure glad I walked in. Honestly can’t beat the price, I won’t say but it sure of hell is much more competitive than going to the dealer. The staff were all chill and friendly too. They welcomed me before but I walked out with nothing, I came back for this and they still treated me like I was their cousin. Even as a walk-in in the service was fast and I’m glad to have a peace of mind now when I drive and no annoying lights. Totally recommend this fam. Bless!
