Rob put in a Corsair CPU cooler in my gaming PC. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and I had my pc back the same day. Excellent communication and informative. I will definitely be a returning customer. I highly recommend him.
Lewis Computer Service is our go to for all of our maintenance concerns. Affordable , friendly and quick service all the way around . You just text to drop off and pick up! Rob has saved our pictures we thought we'd never see again. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Sketch. Directions though GPS was unclear and confusing. No signs or banners to pen point location. Communication was given via text that someone would meet me in the driveway when I arrived. Later received a call saying it would be almost $500 to upgrade to make fast. I respectfully declined. My computer was purchased in 2020 and I didn't use it that much. When I went to retrieve my computer same procedure text when you arrive and some guy will bring it out. He gave me the computer and again explained that he I changed my mind he could replace hard drive and it will run faster. I explained that $500 was a lot more than I paid for it. I paid... Sketch. I paid $75 for window update and was NOT given receipt. When I got it home I couldn't tell if he did anything. It was slower. Finally I was able to delete a lot of old pictures and large files, which afterwards it got a little better. Would not recommend or use the service again. I really miss Netpoint Computer Repair they were professional and affordable.
Rob at Lewis Computer Service helped fix my laptop (in fact I am a repeat customer). Rob knows his stuff, he charges fair prices (a lot better than what the big box stores charge), and I didn't have to get out of my car. Just pull in the driveway and he'll come out to meet you! Laptop works great, and I'll definitely use LCS again in the future!
