I was very pleased with the service. Quick diagnosis of the problem with my laptop. Very reasonable price for repairs. USPS shipped the part quickly, but then the part got stuck in "transit limbo," and Level Seven called me, apologized for the USPS, and then they drove to the Omaha distribution center to pick up the part. They went above and beyond. I will definitely go to them for all computer repair needs.
Brought my Alienware laptop in with issues booting/overheating and the gentleman before doing anything else checked the warranty status and found I was still active.. Huge props to you looking out and saving me potentially hundreds of dollars.

Fast and great service from the business and tech who helped me. Had my laptop fixed within a few hours and fixed a bunch of stuff I didn’t know was wrong. And gave me a mouse pad. Will come to them for all my pc issues in the future
