We had a great experience purchasing our new washer and dryer from Len Harris. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful in checking inventory and getting us all the parts necessary. Delivery and installation was very smooth as was the haul away of old machines. Prices are competitive and got my machines delivered within a week.

Very disappointed with this company. Scheduling was poorly handled, and I had to make multiple calls just to ensure the installers came to my home. The bigger issue was the cleanup—my living room, dining room, and kitchen were left covered in dust, from furniture and tables to my TV and glassware. For a $600 job, this level of care and attention is unacceptable. I reached out to the company directly about these concerns and never received a response.

It’s unfortunate that it took a negative Google review for me to finally hear back from you—and even more unfortunate that your response isn’t truthful. The facts are clear: • The only strict rule is that work cannot start until 9 AM. I was told I’d be the first unit that day, but even the installer told me otherwise. • I had to make multiple calls just to get a response—would you like me to attach my phone records too? • I also work in people’s homes, and what I experienced here was not a “deep clean.” It was unprofessional.
