This will be my go-to electrician from now on. After a lightning strike damaged some circuits, they quickly troubleshot the problem, found the exact issue, and repaired the damaged wire without trying to upsell me. Their honesty stood out, they easily could have pushed unnecessary work (and extra expenses on my end), but they didn’t, and their reviews reflect that integrity.
I also chose to install a whole home surge protector. The unit is solid, and I’m confident it will last. It’s inexpensive peace of mind, and given how common lightning strikes can be, it just made sense.

Leitner Electric was a pleasure to work with. I had two 200 amp feeder lines on the exterior of an apartment building that I own that needed to be replaced due to age. I contacted a few companies to get a quote on replacing the feeder lines, including Leitner Electric. Everyone was all over the place with what needed to be done (you need to bring meters outside when replacing the feeder lines, etc). Perry Leitner (owner of Leitner Electric) was the only electrician that indicated that only the feeder lines need to be replaced since it is a like-for-like replacement. Perry was the only electrician that took pictures of the disconnect boxe...Leitner Electric was a pleasure to work with. Perry was the only electrician that took pictures of the disconnect boxes and sent them to the inspector ahead of time to provide me 100% confidence that the lines could be replaced with no other equipment needing replaced.
Because of this, I decided to use Leitner Electric. From the moment I approved the quote with Leitner Electric until the day of install of the new feeder lines, Perry was a great communicator regarding what was going on and he was easy to get hold of.
On the day of the feeder installation, his work crew knocked it out of the park. Perry had 5 employees performing the work to try to get the work done as quickly as possible, since 12 tenants were without electric while the feeder replacement was occurring. Duke Energy turned the electric off to the building at 9:30am. Leitner electric completed their work within 3 hours. Duke Energy had the electric back on by 1:15pm. This caused minimal disruption to my tenants. Thank you Leitner Electric for being a great company to work with. I will be using you in the future for other electrical work.
