Amazing service and professionalism. Explained in detail what was to be done before hand and was very reasonable. Legit heating and air has saved my family and myself A LOT of money. Honest, dependable, and professional. Can not recommend them enough !!! If I could give 10 stars I would! We won't use anyone else !

A 10 out of 10 experience! Mr. Legit was called at 10:04, he immediately was able to reach my house by 11:19. As soon as he looked at the system he was able to diagnose. He was able to provide an honest flat rate price upfront. This price did NOT change from the moment he quoted me to the time I swiped my card! From 11:19 - 1:54 Mr. Legit was able to diagnose, get the part needed, do the install and more, he ensured all was working correctly before leaving. During the process I could tell Mr. Legit was very knowledgeable and experienced in his field, he took moments to stop, share, and show me the issues and more! I am very grateful Mr.Legit... This being my first time ever dealing with AC troubles I can't confidently say I will be going back to this company specifically because of the customer service. Yes, gratefully i did get problems fixed but the manner in which the guy (whatever his name was) answered and addressed the call and came to my house was not right. Then when he found the problem said yeah that's $215 on top of the $125 you owe me "IF I HAVE THE PART, I HAVE TO SEE" then when i asked about the $215 piece i owed him "if" he had it he says its $215 on top of the $125 regardless...didn't make sense but luckily he had it. His aggressive approach to the call and services...
