Had my garage door installed July and I have been constant problems with it. I called the owner John for assistance, he advised me to call the manufacturer. I asked for a copy of the receipt, he told me it was my responsibility, even though I never received one. I only have the instructions manual. Now I will have to get the whole lift replaced.

Overprice basic garage door opener and service to install. More than double the cost of the garage door opener. $300 garage door opener + $350 to install. Come on. Stay away and look somewhere else.
