I had a few things that needed to be fixed. I made an appointment for July 3rd. They informed me that it may not be done on that day and they have to keep it over the 3 day weekend. After a few hrs. I received a phone call saying my truck was ready and less then the quote. This is where I will be going for now on. Im truly greatful for quick and honest service.

I had my work van in there for some work. They did a wonderful job! The transmission part they got from the dealer was bad so they had to order in a new one. (Go figure nowadays). lol It took longer than I expected but it wasn't because of their work. I would really recommend them to anyone. :)

If I could leave zero stars I would. A year ago Lees replaced a broken timing belt on my vehicle also replacing the head gasket. A quote of 1200 was given after several times trying to reach someone about a diagnostic. I did checkups often to assure there weren't to many issues causing the price to go up further and was addressed as though I was inconvenienceing them. I as well as my father were addressed as bud and sweets by Gabe. After things were finished and lees got ahold of me for once the bill was nearly 3k. I as well as my father were addressed as bud and sweets by Gabe. After things were finished and lees got ahold of me for once the bill was nearly 3k. Not even two weeks later I had the vehicle back in the shop due to a squeaky belt and shortly after that radiator fluid leaking all over the place. A year later now I have a blown head gasket when the gasket was supposed to had been replaced by Lees. I called to let them know and to see if they would look at it and the called me back stating they ran a diagnostic and ran the vehicle 30 miles and it did not overheat or show a blown head gasket on the diagnostic. After I took it home nearly 4 blocks away coolant blew out the radiator. After taking it to another shop due to the consistent inconvenience at Lees I was given a call from the shop that is now repairing my car to come down and take a look at the damages and the prolevious job performed by Lees that had caused the blown head gasket and other damages. I was able to take the gasket and showed it to lees and was told the owner would need to address the issue. I asked when he or she would be in and was told to wait on a phone call which I assumed from previous experience I would probably not recieve. I emailed in hopes of a response and was told it was 6 days out of warranty and was also told that with the condition of the gasket it would have blown long ago. If that were the case they would have detected the issue right away and the vehicle would not be running. I will be furthering this issue with the courts.

I have a really complicated hybrid plug-in car (PHEV) and this is the only place in town that has been willing to work on it. They’re always kind, knowledgeable and the pricing has been super reasonable (especially compared to the dealership, the only other place that will touch it). I’m grateful to have found this place and recommend them to everyone.

They were honest and up front with prices and the amount of time it would take. They were polite and informative. I felt comfortable for the first time in a long time having my car worked on.
I was very happy to have my car serviced there. The lobby is clean, but bring a cushion if you have a bad back. The chairs are hard plastic.
