First and last time. Went in to repair the ambient temperature sensor (average repair cost $140-$200) and ended up paying $476. Couple issues:
(1) the shop doesn’t follow their own operating hours.
(2) they insist on charging a $190 diagnostic fee, even when you have completed the diagnosis. While I was told the diagnostic fee would likely cover the time of the repair (which averages less than an hour), the $476 repair cost came as a shock. Also, the diagnostic fee only covers an OBD scan and the issue at hand (versus other shops that conduct a complete inspection).

I just had my truck aligned and wanted to share that the service was excellent. Brandon and Dana welcomed me warmly and made me feel at home. The technician was thorough and explained everything clearly.
I highly recommend going here for all your automotive services

One of the best auto shops I have been to. Originally had gone to the Jeep dealer and was quoted $3300 to fix an AC issue that would take them a few days to complete. I found Lee Hill Auto Service online and gave them a call. I was able to bring my car to them the very next day and they completed the service that same day.
Brandon was very helpful and insightful. He showed me that I didn’t even need a $1000 part that the dealership said I needed. All in all, with an AC compressor install, evac and recharge, a complete coolant flush, and brake fluid flush. I was out the door $1800. Practically half the cost and a quarter of the time it would have taken at the dealer. They even went above and beyond to fill up my tire that has a slow leak and I didn’t even ask them to look at it. Even afterwards they inspect the vehicle and give you a detailed report of what it might need in the future. I would highly recommend them.
