Not friendly or helpful at all. They sound like they hate their job and hate who they are talking with. I would not recommend contacting this company.

Poor Customer Service! Carter came to my house to do a bid for a fence. This was August 30th. I had to call several times to get an answer. It's now Sept 13th with no bid. Carter kept putting me off. I have hired another company.

L&C's phone number is managed by an answering service. I've called and left 4 messages over the past 12 days and no one has ever called me back. I even tried to send a request for quote from their website, but website is broken and just gave me errors. I'd stay clear of this company. Horrible managed company.
