I reached out to Lawson and Lawson to get an estimate on a home generator. Gentleman arrived on time and answered all my questions. After getting the estimate we decided to go with them. They walked us through everything and a few weeks later came and installed it. Very impressed with the whole process. Highly recommend them. Just really professional. Thanks for making everything so easy.
$185 for 15 mins to reset a GFI for an elderly lady. I’m reviewing for my mother, who used their service and was happy to pay for the visit, but that’s just too much. While I totally understand reasons provided (team labor policy and minimum visit) and the business minded sentiment, the no-deviation sort of “corporate” attitude after inquiry made me rethink who I’ll be using for the larger project I am planning.
We have used Lawson a few times now and today when the technicians came by they did a great job as usual. Took the time to answer any of my questions, cleaned up after themselves and all around did great work. Thank you
