Enzo was super awesome! He was professional, competent, and very efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem (faulty thermostat), made the necessary replacement and thoroughly cleaned the coils and other parts of the fridge that needed maintenance. He kept the area clean and gave me advice on how to better maintain this older unit. It was quick and easy to get an appointment, they came at the beginning of the 2-hour window and with a text notice on when he was one the way. He was done in under an hour. Definitely recommend!

This was a warranty repair for a Bosch Dishwasher. We started this in early December and it took weeks. Here we are in February and ever since he made the repairs it’s been making a noise now it is shut off because the pan at the bottom is flooded. The noise was like a loud rocking noise. Very displeased because what the repairman should’ve done was to take it apart first and find out all the things that were wrong and then order the parts instead, he ordered the parts before ever even looking at it only to find out that wasn’t the problem so we had to send for more parts. We met Enzo before he started his own business. We liked his work enough to recommend him to others then. We’ve followed him as he’s started his own company, and continue to refer others when they need an honest and reliable appliance repairman. He’s the best! I appreciate that he lets you know going in what kind of price tag you’re looking at, so you can know whether it’s worth it or not.

Enzo came to repair my dishwasher he was assigned as a second opinion by my home warranty because the company before just kept saying there wasn’t anything wrong with it when there clearly was. Enzo listened to everything we said we even had videos to show what it was doing because it had been months that we had been dealing with this issue. The other company didn’t even do anything they just pushes start and said it’s not doing anything while we are here and left. I had a scheduled appointment with them. They then changed the appointment time to a different one without any notice too me. I had taken time off work to get this repaired and had to take even longer off due to this. Sent a technician that spoke no English so I had to communicate thru someone over the phone who then would translate to the technician. Then they put a sticker on my washer without asking. They also didn't repair the washer correctly. I dont recommend them to anyone. Honestly ill just have a different company come out and fix the issue.
