Half my house lost power. Laswell was able to send a technician (Edward) within a few hours. He was able to rewire the circuits needed to at least get my heater back up while I had to wait for about a week for Duke to send someone to disconnect service so that the remaining repairs could be completed (with the recent cold weather, this was a literal life-saver as I have multiple pets that absolutely cannot live in extended cold). Arash was the second tech that was sent a week later to complete the repairs. He very quickly identified the issues and did everything needed to get power back to the whole house. We were scheduled promptly for next day service and Arash arrived on time and quickly took care of our issue. He was polite and professional. He gaves us insights into the project at hand and was glad to answer any extraneous questions we had in general.
