Warning: these guys have only been open 2 years. I chose to come here thinking they had been serving metairie for over 30 years but they are not the original owners. I had a popping noise in my suspension, sounded like a ball joint. Unfortunately I chose here thinking their 30 plus years of service was fantastic. However, I was wrong. I spent OVER 1,000 DOLLARS on new shocks/struts and was told that it was fixed. I paid and left and the noise stopped. For one or two days. That same weekend, the noise returned. So it wasn't fixed. I was told to bring it back if I had an issue. So I brought my truck back the following week. They examined it for 4 days!!!! and "couldn't find it." My question is... then why would you replace shocks if you couldnt find it???? What did you tighten to make it stop for one day so i would pay and leave? Of course they claimed the credit card machine was down so I paid cash. DO NOT PAY CASH OR YOU CANT DISPUTE IT WHEN THEY INEVITABLY DO SHOTTY WORK After they worked on it, my truck was out of alignment. I asked them to align it. He claimed to do so but it still pulls to the right. So my truck is not fixed and im out over $1,000. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND. I manage multiple apartment complex and will be sure to warn new residents. Extremely angry and disappointed about wasting $1,035 so I will be calling the BBB and filing paperwork with the parish to warn others
