I was going South on the 215 West on 6/10/25 around 7:40am, there’s construction going on right now, I was on the far left lane and one of your trucks (#121525) pulled out from the construction site with no signal or anything if I didn’t hit my brakes I would’ve hit him. He’s a liability because I would have sued you guys and the driver personally. :)
I was involved in a single car auto accident caused by faulty placement of Las Vegas Paving's road construction equipment. Despite Clark County determining in two separate investigations that Las Vegas Paving was the only contractor hired in the area, Las Vegas Paving denied my claim to recue damages. When I presented them with evidence from Clark County's second investigation, they refused to provide me with a form to appeal their earlier denial. For a company that is contracted by the county to serve its residents by improving our community's roads, I am shocked and appalled by the lack of responsiveness in a situation in which they clearly... This is a shout out to the nice employee/man who works for your company who stopped to help people who appear to be possibly injured in and accident at 215/eastern. It’s absolute chaos at this intersection and this man was helping out as a Good Samaritan !! A guy is stuck in his car. He maneuvered his truck to try and help and reroute traffic. We watched you and you are Hero today
