Second time using Larry Stinson Plumbing and highly recommend them. Their customer service is fantastic! Their entire staff is professional, efficient, upfront, and honest. Quick response from Brianna after making appointment and Brian called for detailed info about my problem before appt. Within half an hour, I received text with name and photo of technician and another text when he was ten minutes away. Corey V and Jalen came and went to work. Corey was very informative and explained repair process in depth. I was given 3 options and Cory explained each in detail. Brian called again and explained options. Corey and Jalen completed repair and cleaned up after. They have great attitudes and are seriously two of the nicest and most polite people I’ve ever met. I’m impressed with Larry Stinson Plumbing and would definitely recommend them.

We had a garbage disposal go out and Brian and Ryan Garlock took care of us with great efficiency and professionalism. Brian provided us with multiple options for the unit itself that fit our budget and needs, while Ryan installed the unit and was thorough, knowledgeable, tidy and very personable. Appreciate the team’s professionalism and hard work!

Had low water pressure in our house for years now but have been slow to address it. They sent out Cory Valdez, and he was excellent. Our pressure reducing valve had been buried in our front yard, and he was able to quickly find it, determined it just needed to be adjusted, and educated me on everything throughout. Customer service with this company was excellent throughout, but especially with Cory. Would highly recommend!
