Laptops For Less

Brought my laptop in thinking its only charge port was fried, expecting an expensive repair. They took one look at it, showed me that it had a (slightly less visible/more concealed) backup port I didn't know about. Refused to even let me pay the diagnostic fee I'd already agreed to, when they could have pocketed a repair fee as well. In other words, they solved my issue in five minutes and then refused to charge me for it. Very honest people, and I will use them again if I have any issues.

Staff was nice, I took my laptop twice but unfortunately they were not able to fix or diagnose my issue

Bought a laptop there at a reasonable price. It's been over a month and no issues... Well, it is Windows 11, but the laptop itself runs great!
