(Espanol debajo) Javier made me pay $75 for a problem he failed to fix. My laptop was not properly charging. The charger head was loose within the laptop's charging port. Javier said I needed a new motherboard, and the cost would be $75. I agreed to pay $75 for him to install a new motherboard. But, after installation, my laptop was still not charging properly. I returned to the store. Javier used his own charger to see if it charged properly, and it did. So, the problem was with my charger, not my motherboard. I asked to be given a charger since I already paid $75 for the problem to be fixed. He refused to give me a charger, and grew angr... Went in thinking my screen needed replacing. It didn't. Three minutes later, I wanted to buy a flash drive. He pulled it out and says $128. I said no thanks, I'll buy elsewhere. He said that the gbytes. I said Oh, how much. He put it backed and walked away. I said how much. He ignored me, until I said I'd post a negative review. He was screaming at me as I walked away. Never set foot in this place again.
