My house was built in 1990 and obviously needed to be updated. The roof was over 20 yrs old and the siding was Masonite that had been painted and peeling for several years. To be perfectly honest I made the decision to replace my roof mostly to save money on my homeowners insurance and I wanted to either paint or learn more about vinyl siding because my Masonite siding was in bad shape and it hadn’t been painted in over 10 yrs. I contacted several roofing companies and siding companies for estimates. I met with Ricky @ Lane’s Contracting for my roof before learning Lane’s could also quote my siding. Lane’s installed new vinyl siding on our house as well as new gutters, soffits, shutters and fascia. From start to finish, Lane’s was amazing. Excellent customer service and communication. A knowledgeable staff that was always available for questions. Additionally, they are such a nice group of people. The work itself is fantastic and we are so pleased. Everything looks so good. You won’t find a better company to work with. Great customer service, great work done in a timely manner, great communication and great results. We are customers for life. We love Lane’s!
