I took my 10 or 12 year old Allen Edmond boots in because the cap toe part of the boot had torn all the way through. Lane's sewed a leather patch over the torn spot since there was no way to repair the tear. Then they put a matching patch on the other boot to make it look symmetrical. I love these boots and would have been sorry to see that tear spread. I should be able to get many more years of wear out of them now!
Fixes my wife’s leather boots and purses all the time and does it in a timely and affordable manner. (And his custom belts are too cool)
Needed a new zipper in a XC ski boot. Mailed it to Lanes. They did the repair and mailed it back & tested me the receipt. When it did not arrive, they followed up with the USPS and found the package. Great service, great people.
