We have not been doing business with Landis real long yet but everyone we worked with has been very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. I had a scanner issue with my printer after purchasing a new desktop from them. Jet logged in remotely and got the problem solved in a very timely and friendly manner. Thank you.

I am Anthony Danna and a long time satisfied Consumer Customer. Today (2-17-26) I worked with Jet to clean up files and re-set passwords for my Google/Gmail account. I had called your office this morning and I was given a same day appointment for Remote Tech Support as I had determined that someone was trying to access my account. Jet called me right on time regarding the appointment your Receptionist set up. Jet immediately began his technical analysis and research regarding my concern and quickly determined and assured me that someone did try to access my account.
