Working with Lance was wonderful. I had a vision in my head and he spent the time necessary upfront to walk the yard and talk through my wants to help everything come to life. He even spray painted outlines so we could get an idea of where boundaries and walls would be. Each step of the way he would check in to make sure he was still on track and that our expectations were being met. Let me start this review with the conclusion. If you want the job done right and a partner who will listen and treat your project with patience like his own back yard, work with Lance and his team. For our project, I worked with Lance for about two years on this very unique, large endeavor. We met many times - he always wanted to ensure we were on the same page. Lance’s team is the best in the business. We had standing water problems in our yard that were causing issues in the basement. Lance came out, looked things over, and had the solution. He installed a high-quality French drain system and gutter downspout system that also drained a window well we were having trouble with. Once finished, he graded the yard using a laser level system to make sure it would shed water properly. Lance and his crew were really great to work with. Lance kept in communication over the months prior to our project starting. His plan to open up the landscaping and take out a needless wall was genius. It really makes our house look fresh and new. His crew were very friendly and professional. This was a huge project and they left like they were never here. Their clean up was really above and beyond. I highly recommend this company, we are so happy with their work and so is the neighborhood.

Simply said Lance and team are the best! I began working with Lance over 5 years ago. He installed a French Drain System helping my yard drain quickly even in the hardest of rain. He also built a retaining wall with a privacy fence. Last summer, he recreated my landscaping throughout the front of my house.
