Darrin was great, he came out did the estimate pretty quickly. He also came out prior to the installation to answer last minute questions, which was fantastic. I had multiple companies come out for estimates, and the Lancasters were by far the nicest people and the easiest/quickest/most responsive. Their team came out and got the fence done in 2 days!

Just had fence project completed by them. They are extremely professional. Had fence damaged by recent storms and needed small fence replaced. An estimate from another company was almost double what i ended up paying at Lancaster Fencing. They scheduled and completed the project fairly quick. I am totally satisfied with the end result and would strongly recommend using them if you want great service ,fair pricing, and quality work.

Darin and Kelly were a joy to work with. Both of them made the whole process easy and I'm very pleased with the results. The builders of the fence arrived in a timely manner and they were friendly and very hard working. They got the job done pretty quickly. One of my neighbors sent me a message to compliment my new fence. I highly recommend Lancaster Fencing!

Darin and his team were excellent to work with! I had some damage done to two different fences and they were both older, so we were worried we would have to find different colors and styles despite preferring the ones we had. Lancaster Fencing Co. found the exact fences we had previously! They installed them quickly and even followed up with a visit to make sure their work was holding up. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of a fence repair or fence installation!

Like almost all their other reviews I literally have nothing bad to say about Lancaster. Hands down best choice for a fence!! The fence and work is amazing and beautiful. The few things I asked them to do or watch for they did with no issues, questions or complaints. They were very communicative and even came to do my fence earlier than expected. I’ll easily be going back to them to do another section of my fence! Worth the money and time to do business with them!!

Communication was terrible from the start. Scheduling the installation took far too long, and the finished product didn’t meet expectations. I originally chose this company because the owner personally came out for the initial visit, said they valued quality, and wanted to earn great reviews. That was the last I heard from him—no follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the product or service. When I asked for issues to be fixed, an employee started showing up unannounced. At one point, someone from the company texted me at 8:45 PM to say he would be over in ten minutes. Despite asking for advance notice, he came again without warning while I was at work and made changes without any communication afterward. The only thing they were prompt about was sending the invoice. I paid it just to be done. Would not recommend.

Terrible job see pictures below. They never finished the job. And would not communicate with me. I requested an in face appointment 3 separate times to work on a compromise but they would not come back out to my house. They said they were an authorized dealer of Topens gate openers but installed my new open in correctly and then removed it and placed it in another spot leaving 6 holes in my new aluminum gate. They still have not given me my purchase order so I can warranty the opener with Topens. After watching many videos I learned the gate was installed unlevel and without proper motor clearance to work properly. This goes against manufacturer’s installation guidelines. My Topens opener was also NOT purchase through Topens but through Amazon. I do not have a purchase order that is associated with my addrrss or name to register my product. They left a mess and wires hanging wrapped in electrical tape and said I could get a refund if i signed a NDA!
